About Paise Back
LAST UPDATED · 10 May 2026
What we do
Paise Back is a recovery platform for Indian sellers. We find the money that gets taken from sellers every month - by Amazon, by Flipkart, by courier partners, by COD remittance gaps - and we help recover it. We launched with Amazon India settlement reconciliation because it's the largest single leak; we're extending across the rest through 2026 and 2027 (see roadmap below).
On Amazon today, we read your three Seller Central reports - PO / All Orders, Settlement, and Bank Statement - and tell you exactly how much Amazon underpaid you, to the rupee. Every duplicate TDS, every unreported customer return, every fake return-shipping fee gets flagged with a pre-written recovery ticket ready to file.
Why we exist
Per published industry data, up to 40% of eligible Amazon reimbursements go unfiled by sellers. The reason is almost never bad intent on Amazon's side - it's the time cost. Three reports with different IDs, different formats, and no "why" column for any deduction means most mid-sized Indian sellers leave ₹15,000 to ₹2 lakh per year on the table simply because no one had four hours per cycle to cross-check.
Paise Back is the tool we built to make that cross-check take 60 seconds.
How we're different
- India-specific from day one. Section 194-O TDS, GST TCS, marketplace-vs-FBA fee splits, Hindi-aware support - none of which the global tools (Getida, Refunds Manager, Helium 10) handle.
- Pay only when it's worth it. Free Scanner shows you the total. Pro and Done-for-you only kick in if there's real money to recover.
- Honest math. Our engine's algorithm is open and documented at ENGINE.md - your CA can audit every recovery claim before you file it.
- Recovery, not just reporting. Every flagged row comes with a pre-written Seller Central case in the exact language Amazon's support team responds to. Pro adds Excel export for your CA. Done-for-you means our team files and follows up.
Our roadmap - a recovery platform, not just an Amazon tool
Indian sellers lose paisa in 4-5 different places every month - settlement deductions on marketplaces, weight overcharges from couriers, COD shortfalls, fake RTO fees, duplicate TDS withholdings. Paise Back starts with the biggest single leak (Amazon settlements) and extends across the others.
- Live today - Amazon India settlement reconciliation (FBA + FBM)
- Q3 2026 - Flipkart settlement reconciliation
- Q4 2026 - Shiprocket weight discrepancy + COD remittance reconciliation across all major couriers (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom Express)
- Q1 2027 - Meesho settlements + RTO (return-to-origin) wrongful charge disputes
- Mid 2027 - Amazon Selling Partner API direct integration (auto-fetch instead of manual upload) + TDS Form 26AS reconciliation
Pro Annual customers get every new stream at no additional cost, for the full 12 months of their term. Done-for-you customers get the same plus our team filing on their behalf across every stream.
Who built this
Paise Back is built and operated by an independent founder based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with prior experience operating multiple Amazon India seller accounts. The product was built after years of personally fighting Amazon Seller Support on settlement discrepancies. We know what works because we've filed the tickets ourselves.
