Service Delivery Policy

1. What we deliver
Paise Back is a digital software service. We do not ship physical goods. After successful payment you receive one of two things, depending on plan:
- Pro Annual (₹1,999/year) - an 8-character access code, delivered by email, that unlocks the full reconciliation report (every flagged line item, Excel export, unlimited recovery tickets) on the Paise Back tool. Access is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
- Done-for-you (20% of recovered amount) - a kickoff email scheduling a 30-minute onboarding call within 1 business day, after which our team takes over ticket filing and follow-up on your behalf.
2. Timing of delivery
- Free Scanner - instant, no payment required.
- Pro Annual - access code email is sent within 60 seconds of PhonePe confirming the payment to us. In rare cases (PhonePe webhook delays, email-provider rate limiting), the code can take up to 10 minutes. The code is also visible on the post-payment success page in your browser the moment you return from PhonePe.
- Done-for-you - onboarding-call scheduling email goes out within 1 business day of payment.
3. Delivery channels
- Access codes are delivered via email to the address you entered at checkout.
- Receipts are sent to the same email, automatically.
- Done-for-you communications use email and (with your consent) a shared Google Doc / WhatsApp thread for ongoing case updates.
4. What if my access code doesn't arrive?
First, check your spam/promotions folder - the sender is paisebackco@gmail.com (delivered via Gmail's SMTP) and may be filtered the first time. If you still don't see it within 10 minutes:
- Open the post-payment success page in your browser - your code is shown there.
- Email support@paiseback.in with the transaction ID and we'll resend within 1 hour during business hours, otherwise next business day.
- If we cannot deliver the access code within 24 hours of payment, you are eligible for a full refund under our Refund Policy.
5. Service availability
Paise Back is a web service. Uptime target: 99% rolling 30-day. Planned maintenance, if any, is communicated 24 hours in advance via email to active Pro subscribers and a banner on the website. There are no scheduled maintenance windows today.
6. International delivery
Paise Back is a digital service intended for Amazon India sellers. There is no geographic restriction on accessing the website, but payments are processed in INR through PhonePe (UPI, cards, net banking). The service is delivered electronically anywhere in the world that can reach the public internet.
7. Subscription duration & renewal
Pro Annual is a one-time payment for 12 months of access. There is no auto-renewal. We will email you 7 days before expiry with a renewal link. You decide whether to renew.
8. Cancellation
Pro Annual can be refunded within 7 days of purchase (full refund, no questions) per our Refund Policy. Done-for-you engagements can be cancelled at any time with no penalty; we charge 20% only on amounts already recovered up to the cancellation date.
